岗位职责：

Position Summary
Be responsible for technology transfer from design to manufacturing, to support products launch (high/low voltage converter) in China facility.
负责从设计到制造的技术转换，以支持产品（高、低压变频器）在中国工厂的生产。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Main link between design and manufacturing team, transfer the technology from design to manufacturing process.
作为连接设计与制造部门的桥梁，将设计转化为制造工艺与流程。

2. To collect and work on all actual released documents (product drawings, assembly steps, BOM list, process instruction, etc) from European Converteam units and update it in any necessary cases; ensure all these documents are correct and correspond with the standardization process in Europe.
从Converteam欧洲公司处收集整理已正式发布的技术文件（产品图纸、装配工艺、原材料零部件清单、作业指导书等），并作必要的更新；以保证这些文件的正确性并与欧洲的标准作业流程一致。 

3. To create the BOM list, drawings, process flow chart and detail working instruction for existing and future new products (including language translation).
为现有的及未来的新项目创建原材料零部件清单、产品图纸、工艺流程、作业指导书（包括以上文件的中文化）。

4. To build up local technical data base in order to establish core competence and know how in China manufacturing process.
建立本地技术信息库，以达到核心制造技术本土化的目的。

5. Be a member of “LEAN Manufacturing” execution team, to involve and contribute in “Lean Manufacturing” practice.
作为“精益制造”小组的成员，参与并在“精益制造”实践中做出应有的贡献。

6. Technical support of project and components localization.
支持采购部门的国产化工作。

7. Regularly contact with European Converteam units to get latest technical information of products and manufacturing know how.
与Converteam欧洲公司保持紧密地联系，以取得最新的产品信息与制造技术。
8. To train operators and other staffs.
培训操作人员与其他员工。

9. To promote “Excellent in Execution” in the team. 
在团队中推广“完美执行”理念。

10. To accomplish the other duties assigned by management.
完成管理层赋予的其它职责与任务。

Professional Qualifications

Required Education
Bachelor degree, major in industry electric automation or machinery is a must.
本科，主修工业电气自动化或机械类专业。

Required Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in high/low voltage converter manufacturing as a process or manufacturing support engineer.
3年以上作为工艺工程师或制造技术支持工程师，并从事高、低压变频器或类似产品制造行业的工作经验。


Specialized Knowledge/Skills

1. Self-directed and motivated; proactive
