岗位职责：: 销售技术支持工程师

主要职责:
熟悉工业燃烧器系统, 根据客户需求提供技术方案, 报价.
熟悉锅炉系统, 根据客户需求提供技术方案, 报价.
根据客户需求, 提供技术方案, 报价.
能处理新的订单需求, 并和总部及时沟通.
为客户提供技术支持.
适时推广销售部门的活动.
促进和支持扩大中国分销商网络的活动.
为分销商和设备制造商的技术人员提供培训, 以便他们能更好的理解燃烧系统的设计和运行.
能CAD画图.
辅助网站, 技术文献, 说明书等技术支持.

资格和要求:

   工程类专业毕业, 中英文, 计算机熟练.
   工业燃烧器, 热处理设备, 暖通空调行业工作经验者优先考虑.
   有涂装, 食品, 饮料行业应用工作经验者优先考虑.


SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER
KEY TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

To carry out the necessary technical evaluations of enquiries for industrial gas burner systems associated.

To carry out the necessary technical evaluations of enquiries for projects to which the products and services avai lable from boiler system upgrades/conversions.

To prepare quotations for the supply of Combustion equipment/services based on the above technical evaluations. To process new sales orders and to liaise with head offices as required.
To provide customer technical support.
To carry out promotional sales activities within specific market sectors.
To stimulate and support the activities of the expanding network of distributors in China.
Carry out training for distributor and OEM technical personnel to ensure customer understanding of the deign and operation of combustion products and systems.
Produce CAD drawings.
To assist with the production of China web site, technical literature and manuals.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE etc.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate in Chinese and English languages, hold an engineering based qualification, and must be computer literate.
Previous combustion experience within industrial process burner companies, process heating or HVAC industries.    Previous application experience within the surface finishing (coating) and/or food/drink industries.
