Job Qualifications: 1.Good sense of accounting, with experience of expense reimbursement, be familiar with SAP, basic knowledge of IT hardware support. Good in written and spoken English. Good communication skill and good co-operation spirit. 2.Comprehensive sense on general ledger of expenses/AR and invoice issuing. Experience in other accounting functions is preferred.
Job Duties: 1.Routine Bank Payments & Receipts and maintain Bank Relations Ensure expense reimbursement procedure complies with company finance policy and company limits of Authority. 2.Finance General ledger of expenses booking, checking and analysis. 3.Invoice Issuing/Accounts Receivable Clearing in SAP. 4.Balance sheet accounts analysis. 5.Statistics report to government monthly. 6.IT hardware support to office desktop, laptop users. Install or reinstall office software and maintain office computers and printer equipment with guidance under special IT technician.
