Job description: 1. Receive important visitors from Group or other companies and make the trip arrangement;2. Assist company foreign executives in daily work and personal matters; 3. Manage calendar and make trip arrangement for GM 4. Related documents translation and filing; Preparation of presentation materials for GM5. Prepare monthly reports and update organization charts; 6. Receive internal and external phone calls and convey telephone messages.7. Documents collection and distribution;8. Assist GM in personal affairs in China Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in spoken English. Good communication skill, especially in business writing skills.2. 1-year secretarial experience is preferred.3. Sense of responsibility.
