岗位职责：: 1.Background Requirements:
   1) University Degree or College Diploma in Mechanical, Controls, Industrial, or Engineering;
   2) Effective trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
   3) Honest, willing to work overtime, a team player;
   4) More 8-year working experience; 3-year experience in supervisory position,
   5) Strong communication skills Fluency in Chinese and English;
   6) Familiar with 3 phase UPS is preferential.

2.Job responsibility:
    1) In charge of R&D department.
    2) In the case of a quality problem, you will be consulted, involved, and if applicable, fully responsible
        for resolving the issue;
    3) Develop, test and implement improvements to the engineering processes, which can better control
        product design changes;
    4) Monitors procedures, methods, projects, policies and programs designed to ensure the timing,
        quality & profitability of product launch;
    5)Lead t the RD department for variations of existing product;
    6) Contribute to a positive work environment;
    7) Other related duties as required.
