- 岗位职责：
- Summary of the position:
1) Be the process owner of front end including material analysis, mixing, and coating
2) Overseas day to day production output and sustain the output performance into specification
3) Feed back the results and analysis to operation & design and continuously improve the process capability
Principal Accountabilities：
1.Sustain product performance via process & material control.
2. Improve the product quality by improving process capability.
3. On Time completion of New Products Introduction/Development.
Education and Training Required ：
1.5 years working experience in Li-ion battery or similar industry.
2.BSc in Chemical Engineering is required.
3.Lean manufacturing / 6 sigma is preferred
Abilities and skills:
1.Knowledge in Fluid mechanics / solid
