- 岗位职责：
- Job description:
1.Setup, maintain and continual improve raw cable design activity management system
2.Develop and continual improve raw cable design capability proactively
3.Understand market trend and introduce new cable technology(such as new material/new area/new process and new requirement)
4.Provide coach and direction to subordinates
5.Supervise and responsible for the progress and quality of raw cable design activities
6.Working with sourcing team and HPC team for high performance cable localization.
7.Join raw cable supplier audit and assessment.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above,major in cable design or engineering
2.4+ years experience on product/process design/development of raw cable.
3.Solid experience on high-speed cable assembly, raw cable, connector design is required.
4.Experience on raw cable design, Skilfully in cable manufacture and certification is an advantage
5.Be familiar with the standard such as UL/CSA/CCC/VDE/ or other.
