岗位职责：: Summary of the position:
1)L90Be the process owner of the overall EDLC product with focus on automated process
2)Overseas day to day production output and sustain the product / process performance to its best performance
3)Feed back the results and analysis to operation, quality, & design, to improve the process capability continuously

Principal Accountabilities：
1.Sustain product performance via process & material control.
2.Improve the product quality by improving process capability.
3.Manage the overall process control and improvement for the product line.
4.On Time completion of New Products Introduction/Development.

Job Requirement:
1.3 to 7 years working experience in Li-ion battery or similar industry.
2.BSc in Mechanical Engineering is required.
3.Lean manufacturing / 6 sigma is preferred

Abilities and skills:
1.Sufficient knowledge on automation, pneumatics
2. Familiar with PLC
3. Be able to analyze results and determine process drift, correction, and improvement
4.Self motivated and organized
5.Basic SPC knowledge to monitor and improve process capability
6.Must be able to communicate in English in verbal and in writing

Personality:
1.Must be able and willing to work in a Fast-Pace-High-Pressure environment.
2.Hands on attitude
3.A Change Agent with zero tolerance for non-conformer.
