1.Supervising and coaching a team of product engineers in daily works; organize and co-ordinate the work of a team or product engineers;
2.Monitoring the project development progress of new products, ensuring all the development schedules on track;
3.Counterchecking all technical documentations before releasing to ensure error-free production in technical aspects;
4.Monitoring the progress of inquiries in order to achieve a higher success rate of orders
5.Attending overseas trade fairs together with customers and suppliers;
6.Visiting suppliers from time to time to assure their production standard;
7.Assessing new/potential suppliers' capability.
Requirement:
1.University graduate, majoring in mechanical engineering or related subjects;
2.At least 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware (architectural hardware and furniture hardware), with at least 3 years in supervisory/manager position;
3.Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solid Works &/or other computer-aided design software;
4.Good command of English, in reading and writing, plus conversational English;
5.Good communication and presentation skill in verbal and written mode;
6.Self-driven, well-organized;
7.A good team-player and a competent team-leader;
