Job Summary:Responsible for the sale of Switch products in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Performs all traditional account management responsibilities for all accounts in the assigned region.Will also be the Key Account Manager for world-wide company.Essential Functions (Attach Additional Sheets If Needed):1)Develops and executes (key-) account strategies.2)Gains appropriate customer approvals of Switch products on existing/new products. Develops proposals to maintain and secure additional business.3)Obtains maximum penetration of approved products.4)Serves as full technical field representative.5)Develops forecasts of existing and new products.6)Develops new product design and performance specifications and market detail.Monitors and reports on competitors activities.7)Prepares and presents territory reviews (including bridges).8)Maintains full communications with customers and Capax HQ through field sales call reports, monthly reports, E-Mails, projects follow-ups, phone calls, and other means available.9)Negotiates pricing and contracts.10)Gives direction to inside sales group on engineering requests, price requests, delivery requests, etc.Additional Responsibilities :1)Coordinates world wide programs for assigned key accounts2)Performs other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications:1)BS degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline, with a minimum of 5 years’ technical sales experience.2)Self motivating.3)Ability to travel.4)Working kn..
