Position Amphenol seeks a dynamic, highly motivated and well-organized person who can provide strong sales and customer service support to our external customer base. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an integral role in overseeing critical service levels to both our existing and potential customers. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, a desire to interact with a dynamic and demanding customer base and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Responsibilities will include monitoring customer orders; relaying customer issues/concerns to the appropriate groups in the company; representing customer needs in cross departmental meetings; maintaining the existing customer base; and working with new customers as the customer base grows.
Skills Required
・ Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience
・ Excellent communication skills ,both written and oral in english
・ Good organizational skills with attention to detail
・ Ability to communicate and interface with all levels of management
・ Ability to manage and multi-task various tasks/assignments
・ Use of Microsoft Office programs, e.g. Outlook, MS-Word, Excel, Access
・ Knowledge of personal computer, data entry skills
・ Telephone etiquette in answering and initiating customer contact
