岗位职责：: Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
? Lead the factory in quality management strategy based on world class client requirements and industry growing trends
? Responsible for the control and enhancement of whole spectrum of quality standards in the manufacturing plant and supply chains
? Set quality standards. Oversee quality control aspects of raw materials, in-process production, finished products and supplier managements.
? Interface with sister-companies and customers regarding quality assurance programs, quality complaints and quality issues
? Total Quality Management implementation and initiate ISO Quality System through the use of analytical methods
? Chair MRB function, conduct vendor qualification audits and vendor performance rating
Requirements:
? Degree in engineering, professional recognitions or qualifications in quality management
? At least 5 years management experience in mechanical/ electrical engineering industry specifically in welding, CNC machining, surface finishing, powder coating, mechanical parts assemblies etc.
? Broad exposure to foreign and OEM businesses. Experienced in working with multinational companies
? Experience in implementation and problem solving techniques such as use of FEMA (Failure and Effect Mode Analysis), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and / or Six Sigma
? Good command of English and Chinese
? Station in Shenzhen/Zhuhai plant
