职位信息

岗位职责：: Principal Accountabilities：

1. Establish & keep improving our quality system and reach to optimum.
建立及维护公司品质体系，使公司品质体系达到最优化；
2. In charge of ISO & line scheduled audit and coordinate with all exterior audit.
负责公司ISO体系维护、内审及外审等事项的安排；
3. Correspond with customer & be a key window for completing customer on site audit & the visits for ISO agencies such as UL, CCC, CQC,ASTA (Intertek), BSI, KTL, VDE, IMQ etc.
作为客户或第三方审厂的主导人员，协助完成UL，CCC, CQC,ASTA (Intertek), BSI, KTL, VDE, IMQ 等事项；
4. Continuously seeking opportunities to optimize production management system。
持续改善公司生产管理系统；
5. Supports on others project. E.g. MVP、CRI、5S、 NPI、LEAD-FREE (RoHS) 、Safety related, LPA (layer process audit ) and supplier audit etc.
协助其他相关项目，如精益生产、CRI、5S、新产品导入、Rohs、安规及供应商审核；
6. Monitor & lead the organization to promote any new management syste6m such as ISO13485, QC080000 till to obtain the qualified certificate.
负责公司其他各项体系的的推广维护，如ISO13485, QC080000 等体系。

Experience, Education And Training Required ：
1. Bachelor degree,major in Electronic, automation or mechanical related field;
本科及以上学历，电子/自动化或机械相关专业；
2. At least 5 years similar working experience, familiar with ISO14000, ISO9000, ISO/TS16949,CCC/UL， especially for the APQP and PPAP application.
5年以上品质体系相关工作经验，熟悉ISO14000, ISO9000, ISO/TS16949等体系及3C/UL认证，熟练掌握APQP及PPAP的制作；
3. Be willing to cooperate with other people as a team;Good communication skills for inside (within the plant) and outside (customer)；
具备团队合作意识，具备优秀的沟通协调能力；
4. Strong sense of responsibility；
具备较强的责任意识；
5. Good command of English；
良好的英语听说读写能力。
