Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall operation, condition, maintenance, and repair of all LCD mechanical/electrical systems; 2. Organize the LCD machine and support LCD production; 3. Optimize the asset utilization of the LCD machines to maximize the equipment efficiency; 4. Draft out the maintenance plan and monitor its implementation; 5. Co-ordinate all activities related to technical modifications of equipment and systems; 6. Supervise operation and running of the mechanical and electrical equipment; 7. Monitors unit performance indicators: pressures, temperatures, heat rates, etc. and recommends improvements; 8. Coordinate replacement parts for emergency repairs, raise spare parts safety stock requirements to enhance machine uptime metrics; Be responsible for spare parts stock control and maintenance cost control to ensure it meets the target. 9. Be responsible for the environment safety of all personnel working under management; 10. Continually improve for better cost and process efficiency, reliability, cycle time reduction, demand side savings, etc.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years experience in mechanical/electronic device maintenance; 2. Familiar with equipment management, hands-on experience with PM formulation and execution; 3. Experience with LCD/LCM production equipment maintenance is preferred; 4. Can read electrical principle drawings, and handle the equipment failures independently base on the principle of equipment; Capability of re-programming on PLC units. 5. Strong practical experience in electromechanical assembly manufacturing processes; 6. Being initiative, creative to continuously improve the machine status in efficiency, reliability and maintenance cost; 7. Good computer skills in MS office and Auto-CAD and good command of English.
