岗位职责：: Responsibilities:
•Take lead of the new project introduction.
•Coordinate with R&D and customer for new product/parts spec generation.
•Coordinate with engineering/IE for process set up for new project .
•Coordinate with Purchase/PMC/Sales/SQM for sourcing and  material preparation.
•Coordinate with QA/Engineering/IE for all documents preparation (SPEC/SOP/BOM) for new project.
•Coordinate with PMC/Mfg/Logistic/Sales for verification test production and shipment at all stage before volume production.
•Transfer the new project production and controlling to all functional depts. After volume production.

Requirements:
•A minimum of university degree, with an emphasis in science/engineering education background . 10+ years of   working experience and  3+ years experiences on project management.
•Ability to critically evaluate and troubleshoot, ability to work within the “hard” areas
•Ability to think and act independently as well as in a team environment, ability to multi-task(仅为举例).
•Demonstrated ability to lead people and gain results through others
•Strong responsibility and dedicated.
•Ability to lead the team with members from various depts.(此工作地点在广东肇庆)
