- 岗位职责：
- 职位描述
Duties & Responsibilities :
*Oversee the overall microbiology laboratory operation.
*Maintain a high level of technical compliance and quality performance of the laboratory
*Plan and develop new microbiological test capability
*Provide technical support to internal and external customers
*Responsible for result issuance and report signatory
*Capacity planning, facility and workflow design
*Provide technical training to internal staff
*Any tasks as assigned by senior.
Skills & Requirements :
*A thorough knowledge in microbiological testings
*Able to communicate with people of all walks
Education & Experience :
*A bachelor’s degree or above in microbiology, food or biomedical sciences
*A thorough knowledge in microbiological testings
*5 year relevant microbiology laboratory experience with a minimum of 2 years in managerial level
*Experience in relevant quality and technical standards such as ISO/IEC 17025
*A knowledge of laboratory accreditation GLP and manufacturing GMP is a plus
