1.Bachelor degree or above, about 8 years HR experience
2.Be very familiar with China Labor Law and related HR regulations.
3.Have experience in recruitment, performance management or training function
4.Good communication skills in both written and oral English
5.Ability to effectively interact with employees of all organizational levels, general public, government agencies and media Mature, independents and strong team spirit.
Job responsibility:
1. Make draft of company HR policy and optimize company’s HR processes,
2. Be responsible for recruitment, internal training program, performance management and facility affairs management
3. Build a healthy working environment and corporate culture
