Job Responsibility: - Supervises Human Resources & Admin team; oversees daily department activities - Meets business staffing plans through recruitment and retention programs - Conducts, and/or coordinates all training activities, both internal and contracted - Oversees all health and safety activities - Internal Communications, on policy, company news, communication of vision and values etc - When required, interfaces with employees and upper management with respect to benefit issues, employee relations, disciplinary actions, etc - Maintains equitable and comparable C&B system - Directs activities of Entertainment Committees; organizes various employee events
Requirement - University graduated, major in Business, Administration, Psychology or H.R.; Electronics manufacturing/engineering background a plus - 8+ years as a Human Resources generalist in a mid- to large-sized manufacturing environment - Good command of Microsoft office - Ability to conduct professional employment interviews, new hire orientations, and training programs; excellent presentation skills - Demonstrated supervisory/leadership capabilities. - Able to interface in a professional manner with employees at all levels of the organization - Knowledge of China labor and OSHAS regulations, etc. - Excellent written, spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
