ü To provide a broad range of HR partnership in supporting the company's strategic and business goal, which includes workforce recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee engagement and organization effectiveness.
ü Understand business needs and coordinate the delivery and implementation of HR/Corporate programs and practices in all aspects
ü Participate in the formulation of HR policies and programs
ü Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of HR policies and programs.
ü Set high standard of HR services and lead the HR team to achieve continuous improvement in both service quality and operational efficiencies.
ü Foster positive employer and employee relation through building and executing effective communication between managers and employees
ü Provide coaching, training, advice and counsel to the line management team on a broad range of employee management issues
ü Help to drive organizational change, build organizational capability and create a high-performance culture.
ü Ensure HR programs and practices meet local government and legal requirements
ü Ensure processes compliances in site HR practices with proper control in place
ü Prepare and control overall site HR budget and resources planning.
Qualification and Requirement
ü Bachelor's degree in related field
ü 5+ years of demonstrated HR experience in MFG company and 2+ years experience in manager position
ü Experience in leadership and management, team building, planning, organization, and employee relations
ü In-depth knowledge of HR processes management and labor laws
ü Change oriented and able to work under pressure
ü Sound judgment and sense of urgency
ü Strong communication with variety of people with bilingual capabilities
ü Good interpersonal skills
ü Demonstrated confidence and self-direction in prioritizing and accomplishing team goals and corporate objectives
ü Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision and guidance
