Senior or Manager level generalist in supporting the business in all areas of HR in China, ShenZhen. This will include, headcount analysis, employee relations, compensation and benefits and performance management and establish new HR system in a rapidily expanding and global business environments. Required Skill: The successful applicant will already have experience within the manufacturing industry and will be used to working in a fast paced and demanding environment, will be used to making detailed HR related reports. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
