Responsibility: -Assist to implement corporate policy locally and to develop HR policies & procedures -Participate salary survey in different locations and analyze market practice/trend and assist to develop & review salary structure & benefits package to ensure the competitiveness in market. -Collect training needs to propose training plan/program; assist to develop various training programs with training suppliers and coordinate with local entities for delivery; monitor the training effectiveness and prepare relevant reports -Assist to implement and improve the performance management system for employee and organizational development. -Work with consulting companies on recruitment issues and monitor the progress to ensure timely placement. -Closely work with HR Corp to promote or implement HR projects in the region. -Assist to develop and implement various HR projects in the company.
Requirement: -Bachelor degree, business or HR related major preferred -Above 3 years HR experience in multination company -Good interpersonal and communication skills -Good organizing and planning skills -High team spirit and can work under pressure -English and PC proficiency
