岗位职责：: 职位描述 u 按照公司在生产方面的要求建立及维护相关的文档控制程序及规章制度；
u 处理AGILE系统的变更；
u 以标准操作程序审查更改订单的准确性，完整性及一致性；
u 确保所有的文档变更准确及时的完成；
u 配合准确完成设计文档归类存档职位要求 u 大专以上学历；
u 熟练操作office系统，电子报税及电子计算机网络；
u 熟悉物料结构及变更控制程序；
u 有Agilie系统操作经验；
u 流利的英文阅读，编写及口头交流表达能力；
u 良好的团队合作精神；
u 良好的组织技巧；
u 工作细致，注意细节；

Job Description l Establish and maintain procedures, policies and the Agile system needed to meet the demands of document control in a Electronics Manufacturing Company.l Facilitate the routing and approval of all Agile transactions. l Review change orders for accuracy, completeness and conformance to SOPs. l Ensure accurate and timely release of all document changes is a must. l Support accurate compilation of Design History Files. Requirements

l Associates degree preferred. l Must be proficient in Microsoft office, electronic filing and computer networking.l Must be familiar with bill of material structures and change control processes.l Working knowledge Agile workflows highly desired.l Must have excellent reading, proofreading, editing, and verbal communication skills.l Knowledge of document control and records requirements.l Must have excellent people skills and be able to interface well with all employees.l Must have excellent organizational skills.l Must be thorough and detail oriented.l Fluent written and spoken English.
