岗位职责：: 职位描述

Main Responsibilities:
-Develop new supplier by phone, visiting, e-mail or internet.
-Purchasing electronics components and follow up the purchasing order.
-Supplier relationship maintaining and developing.
-The Management of recruitment performance and training.

Job Requirements:
-Degree holder or above, major in International Trade, English or electronics is preferred.
-Good command of English (both Spoken and writing).
-At least 2 year experience of purchasing in big Independent Distributor of Electronic component, good performance in purchasing works and the experience of management in this field.
With good relationship in Independent Distributor of Electronic component field and will work in vistron stably.
-Aggressive and responsible, powerfully in leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills. with good responsibility in works

主要职责：
通过和内部销售的合作，为全球大型电子产品制造商采购各类生产紧缺的电子元器件（IC/MEMORY CHIPS/PASSIVE）以及向内部销售推荐降低电子元器件采购成本方案，帮助供应商处理多余库存。
1、开发全球电子市场潜在电子元件（各种品牌的IC，存储芯片，二，三极管等）的供应商（包括贸易商/代理商/工厂库存等）。
2、电子元件的搜寻、采购谈判及采购订单的执行；
3、采购部招聘、培训、管理等；
3、供应商管理及关系拓展，电子元件市场的分析。

职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，良好的英语听说读写能力，有英语八级或海外留学背景者优先；
2、有2年以上大型电子元器件现货商的采购从业经验，且业绩优秀，有很强的电子元器件采购经验和能力；
3、行业人脉广泛，职业稳定性强，愿意跟公司一起长期发展；
4、有优秀的领导能力及沟通能力，工作积极主动、责任心强，能协助采购经理管理领导好采购团队；

享有社保及国家法定节假日、年假。年薪12万-30万。
