This position is for Nova Global Call Centre - Customers hot line service.
Key Responsibility:
Answering the customer 's calls and taking notes. Allocating technical staff to deal with customer`s network fault and distribute task document. Regularly respond to the customer and reporting Fault update, To keep abreast of customer information, report to direct superior immediately.
Qualifications:
1, standard Mandarin and fluent English speaking, sweet voice are required. 2, female, 22-28 years old, College degree or above, more than one year work experience. 3, majoring in English or Computer Science 4, good appearance, good temperament, good communication skills and express ability. 5, strong analyze ability, clearer thought, flexibility. 6, conscientious, careful, positive. 7, require emotional stability and can withstand the pressure of work, team working spirit; 8, with IT industry experience in customer service is preferred.
