- 岗位职责：
- Education:
Junior college or above. Major in electronics, electrical automatic control or a related field.
2. Work Experience:
3+ years quality experience in electronic components production, preferable to work in multinational company
Have experience on handling of customer complaint by using 8D methodology is preferred.
3. Skills:
Solid experience in the electronics component production, preferable to work in magnetic manufacturing filed
Be familiar with 8D methodology for handling customer complaint.
Good command of ISO 9000 knowledge, familiar with TS16949 is a plus.
Good command of oral and written English and Chinese Mandarin.
Good knowledge of problem solving tools, e.g. 5 Why, PDCA...
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of office software operation such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
4. Personalities:
With initiative spirit to handle issues encountered.
Hardworking and enthusiastic, good team player.
Able to work under high pressure with a strong sense of duty.
Good communication with customers.
