Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the followings: -Process customer orders in MRP system, including any special requirements from customer and related documentation. -Confirm customers timely with pricing, product availability, delivery dates, and other details as required. -Coordinate with material planning, production, quality control and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to the customers. -Contact and liaison person for questions, customer inquiries, accounting, invoicing, logistics, administration within the organization. -Process quality or services complaints, product returns and credit requests from customers.
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: -Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing of English and Chinese, with a wide variety of internal and external customers. -Good command on computer skills is proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Software). -Good knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP system for order management. -Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion. -Mature with good working attitude & ethic.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: -College degree above, female is preferred. -At least 2 years relevant experience in Electronics manufacturing company. -A solid understanding of electronics manufacturing and materials management is preferred. -Basic knowledge of supply chain, logistics, resource planning and optimization, Inventory management.
