Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage invoice , accounts receivable, sales and all tax account with accuracy
Declaring tax returns to tax authority timely and in accordance with tax regulation
Handle VAT and ECR issues and data submission to abide the tax requirement
Handle tax affairs, analyze tax policy and deal with tax authority to help management to have better tax plan and control business risk
Submit data and prepare reports required by tax authority objectively
Manage accounts receivable account through aging analysis and outstanding payment analysis and communicate with sales and shipping to drive cash cycle compression
Reconcile relevant sub-ledger and general ledger to ensure account accuracy and legality
Prepare A/R past due and aging analysis and weighted average payment terms reports,
A/R forecast reports
Competencies required:
Bachelor degree with major in accounting/finance or other related discipline;
At least 3 years experience in accounting field especially in tax declarations in manufacturing companies;
Solid financial accounting knowledge
Familiar with tax policy and related regulations
Proficient at SAP & KingDee software
Good command of English
