职位描述 Position: Key Account Manager Report to: Sales Director-Great China Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 1.Assist Sales director to develop and implement the sales strategies and annual regional sales plan, collect and analyze the marketing and competition information for decision making 2.Develop new customers, keep & develop existing customers and business, grow up new business opportunities from both the existing and potential customers; 3.keep close contact with the customers & provide quality service to them; 4.Manage and control the sales activities, including contract review and negotiation, A/R collection, inventory control, claim handling, customer satisfaction survey, etc. 5.Manage and develop the sales forces and potential sales leaders;
任职要求 1.Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent 2.At least 4 years working experiences in Multinational company and good experiences on team management 3.At least 5 years sales experience on industrial products 4.fastener (screw, insert for plastic, bolt, nut) industrial experiences will be a plus 5.Good presentation skills, good listening skills, and good negotiation skills; 6.Work with great passion and can travel frequently; 7.Honest, open-minded, responsible and integrity; 8.Can work under pressure, strong team work spirit, self-motivated, Quality and Result oriented; 9.Good team player and can align performance to team result 10.Good command of English, fluent in English speaking, listening and writing; 11.Good command of PC knowledge, MS Office word/excel/ppt. software is a must.
