职位信息

岗位职责：: 指责描述：
A. This position requires 5-7 years of progressive accountability, and increasing responsibility through manufacturing or engineering.
B. Must have a B.S. Engineering degree, or other approved field with emphasis in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering. Advanced or MBA degree a plus.
C. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese / English is required
D. 1-2 years of Microsoft Project experience required. Established ability to manage multiple projects and resources.
E. Knowledge of Eaton specific business systems including PROLaunch and EBS preferred.
F. 1-2 years experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and / or assembly processes preferred.
G. Working knowledge of phase gate new product development processes (concept, prototype, validation, release) required.
H. Demonstrated ability to deliver results by leveraging resources and to escalate issues and drive solutions.
I. Tools required are practitioner/trainer level knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma methodology design, and overall knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Successful candidate must manage the interface between engineering disciplines, industrialization, manufacturing (including domestic, off-shore, and third party contract), suppliers, project scheduling, and business objectives.
J. Candidate must be able to prepare a properly analyzed business case, the ability to prepare reports on all dimensions (schedule, risk, difficulty, expense, capital, scope, PRO-Launch, etc) facilitate regularly scheduled meetings, and give presentations to management, for a variety of multiple new product development and cost down projects.
K. Accredited/third party professional certification(s) a plus.
具体要求：
A. Knowledge in mechanics, dynamics, electromagnetic and material related to LV electrical apparatus design and application.
B. Understand in detail and familiar with China and international code and standards governing LV components.
C. As an effective section manager, this position requires management skills in leading a R&D technical group.
