岗位职责：: 1、电力电子、电气工程、应用电子等相关业；
2、精通开关电源工作原理，具有AC/DC开关电源8年以上开发设计工作经验，能独立从事带PFC开关电源100W-1000W设计开发工作；
3、对电路设计、安全设计、热设计、防护设计等电源设计常识有深入了解，熟悉有关电源芯片的产品特点，了解功率器件的选型
4. 极强的主动性和责任心，很好的于团队沟通和鼓励能力。
学历和经验要求：硕士并有至少8年电源研发经验，或博士并有至少5年电源研发经验。
Job Requirements:
1.Major in power electronics, or electrical engineering, or applied electronics.
2.Proficient in switching power supplies. Must have at least 8 years power supply development experience from design to production. Capable of designing and testing of any AC/DC PFC power supply with power range from 100W to 1000W.
3.Very familiar with power supply circuitry, safety, thermal and protection design. Familiar with various power components, including switches, control ICs, magnetics, capacitors, etc.
4.Strong sense of ownership and responsibilities. Excellent in communicating and motivating the team.
Degree requirement: MS with minimum 8 years power supply R&D experience, or Ph.D. with at least 5 years power supply R&D experience.
