岗位职责：: 职位描述
Main Responsibility

1. Conceptual, calculation and creation of products, components and parts （especially for combustion part and system)
产品，零部件（燃烧部件及系统）的设计。

2. Makes sure that the quality goals, costs and functional specifications are achieved by developing concept alternatives and systematically selecting and evaluating variants.
确保研发的替换部件性能，成本，质量能达到要求并进行系统地选择和评估

3. The 3D models and documents (drawings, part lists, specifications) are created according to legal restrictions, rules and norms all product information is coordinated with the relevant departments until start of production. The main system is pro-engineering program.
根据法规或行规使用三维软件（Pro-E）进行研发；所有产品在生产前需与相关部门协调。

4. The preventive quality methods (QFD, FMEA, calculation of tolerances, fault tree analysis, DoE, ) are carried and evaluated.
使用预防性质量方法进行评估

5. Tests and simulations to stipulate the system’s properties, especially the suitability for daily use of all relevant parts, are systematically planned, carried out and evaluated.
通过测试确保系统的正确性，尤其是保证相关部件的日常使用的稳定性。

6. Sharing information with the other departments involved as well as carrying out cooperation negotiations with suppliers in order to reach target cost, quality and deadline.
和其他部门合作与供应商协调确保产品达到成本和质量要求。

任职要求
Requirement

University degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering course, at least 3 years work experience,2 years work experience in R&D department is preference, knowledge of product development methods and regulations, good English.
本科以上学历，机械工程或相关工科专业,至少3年以上工作经验，有2年R&D工作经验优先考虑，有产品开发经验，良好的英语沟通能力。
