Key Responsibility - Maintain ISO 9001 certification by keeping quality assurance system on required level. To keep product quality on world market level. - Get ISO 14001 environment management system certification by preparing management system for audit. To realise production without negative impact on environment. - Control companies product and process quality by assessment, analysis and reporting of suitable quality indicators such as First Pass Yield (FPY), cycle time, sample test results or others. To always provide quality status information and data for quality improvement. - Ensure required quality of incoming parts, material and components by maintaining appropriate incoming quality control and technical cooperation with the suppliers. To avoid use of nonconforming parts, materials or components for companies products. - Provide up to date quality documents by generating, revising, updating and archiving Documented Procedures (DoP), Working Instructions (WI) and other documents according to the system management requirements. - Solve customer complaints by collecting and archiving complaint cases, analysing causes and introducing countermeasures. To improve customer satisfaction. - Qualify suppliers technically and from QA system point of view by assessment and evaluation. To have the right suppliers for required parts. - Ensure working safety in area of responsibility, in particular of the electric and mechanic test facilities and equipment, by regular safety check and management of equipment maintenance and repair. - Keep the performance of SM/QA department on high level by appropriate choice, positioning and training of employees.
Skills and Education Requirements - University/College education, majored in mechanical engineering - At least 5 years experience in SM/QA, 2 years thereof as responsible SM/QA manager - At least 2 years experience in foreign invested company - Good team player, strong sense of responsibility - Basic English speaking, reading and writing - Basic computer skill
