- Position Requirements
- Familiar with different standard according to different products (SFF-8088, SFF-8086, SFP MSA)
- Process requirement and specification knowledge for cable assembly
- At least 3 years experience in high speed cable and connector field, Familiar with SＡＳ, SFP+,QSFP,miniSAS process
- Familiar with AutoCAD software
- If have these test knowledge is better for high speed cable
a)Differential Impedance
b)Pair to pair Skew
c)Rise Time
d)Near-end Crosstalk
e)Attenuation
f)Eye pattern
-Bachelor degree in electric engineering
- Age 30+
Personal Attributes:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Problem solving capability
- Innovation / creativity
- Good command on reading and writing English
Position Responsibilities
- Design for high speed Connector (SFP, SFP+, QSFP, miniSAS connector)
- Design & Process FMEA prepare
- Connector specification setup for new products
- Investment evaluation in NPI phase
- Components and supplier select with component engineer
