- 岗位职责：
- 1) PROVEN RECORD in driving continuous improvement in speed, cost and quality as part of operation excellence (Yield, Productivity, OEE Improvement).
2) Interfaces with customer, production & maintenance on product / process optimization & improvement.
3) Performs process characterization and optimization in order to minimize process variation.
4) Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
5) Works with global team for new line installation and qualification in Changzhou. Ready to travel to foreign countries for training and equipment buyoff.
6) Familiar with the following equipment/machine will have an added advantage:
・Laser / Inkjet Marking (Rofin Sinar)
・Epoxy Dispensing Machine (Liquid Control)
・Welder (Rofin Sinar, Marugo, Miyachi welder)
・Precision/ Sub-micron cleaning
・Product testing and characterization
