职位信息

岗位职责：: Job Description:
1.巡视生产设备的运行状况，负责设备的日常维护和保养并在出现故障时及时排除，减少设备停机时间
MonitorS the production equipments operation status & be responsible for normal maintenance work, and repair the issue machine in time and short machine break time
2.编制设备的维护计划及设备维护作业指导，带领维护技术人员定期执行预防性维护工作
EstablishS equipment maintenance plan and work instruction, lead maintenance staff to implement preventive maintenance work regularly
3.负责将维护指导书面化以便指导设备使用人员完成设备的日常维护
Be responsible for maintenance work instruction document
4.对于关键设备严格按照TPM要求执行
ImplementS TPM requirements for the key equipments strictly
5.协助设施和真空产品维护主管、低压产品维护主管对关键设备进行监控、维修。
SupportS facility & VI supervisor and LV maintenance supervisor to monitor and repair key equipment.
6.从技术上帮助和支持设备维护人员，确保设备最终运行
Trains and support maintenance technician from technical side, to ensure equipment are running well.
7.负责设备的电气改进以满足精益生产的要求,
Be responsible for electrical improvement and satisfy the LEAN production
8.负责检查设备电气安全装置的完好性
Be responsible for machine electrical safety device inspection
9.负责设备备件的管理，负责备件供应商的联系
Be responsible for equipment spare parts management and spare parts supplier contact
10.经常性地与设备的国内、外供应商沟通，取得他们在技术上的支持
Contact with equipment supplier which is from internal or external, and get the support from technical side
11.负责所有设备的程序备份、数据更新。对测试设备标定，并在必要时修改参数
be responsible for program copy and update. and calibrate the testing equipment and edit parameter if it is necessary.

Specialized knowledge:
1, Bachelor degree in Mechanical /Automation /Electro-Mechanical Engineering
2, 3-4 years of experience as Maintenance Electrician, and strong PC knowledge
3, Skilled in PLC, Vacuum, Cooling system of machinery
4, Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5, Good English skill
