Job Description: 1.Understand and actively implement the sales plan to achieve the set volume and margin goals and objectives. 2.Manages the interface of our Company and customer base to provide immediate information on available products, pricing and services. 3.Processes orders for sale of products and services to existing and new customers. Pro-actively and systematically finding and following the new sales leads that generate incremental sales revenue. 4 Regularly getting, and updating customer information, competition information, product specifications and pricing information that requested and formatted by the branch. Be able to make reasonable rolling forecast on the volume and type of products by customer and minimize "emergency" orders. 5.Resolves customer conflict by listening to and documenting customer complaints, involving other employees and departments if needed, and seeing that the customer receives a satisfactory answer
Job requirement 1.at least 4 year experiences selling technical industrial products or equipment into chem or other similar indust ries (i.e. shipyard, steel, etc) and/or to the OEMs that serve these industries 2.result oriented, conscientious and strong ability to work under pressure 3.fluent english
