岗位职责：

Qualifications：



1)Bachel degree above.



2)At least 5years experience in quality management in foundries (Sand Castings).



3)Ablility to wk in cross-functional, global team environment.



4)Intimate Knowledge of Non Destructive & Destructive testing such as but not limited to: Ultrasonic, Magnetic particle (Wet & Dry), Radiography, spectroscopy & Mechanical property .





Responsibilities：



1)Responsible f quality examinations of cast parts, using the above technologies.



2)Preparation of qualification certificates f complex cast parts, measuring sheets and quality onicles.



3)Responsible wk on cast parts with special quality requirements.



4)Carry out different complicated analysis and measurements with the help of complex methods (dimensional check, shape and position, surface finish, UT, RT and Spectrograph).



5)Training and exams about written documentations and wk instructions.



6)Organization of test tool supervision.



7)Signature of QA certificates f test cast parts.



8)Manages and participates in the development and implementation of quality control specifications, standards, and programs f parts and finished products .



9)Develops and recommends inspection, sampling, testing and packaging techniques that ensure finished products meet quality specifications and standard.



10)Reviews data on product defects and recommends modifications. 





SALARY：



1)To be negotiated but total remuneration is unlikely to be an obstacle f a well qualified candidate.



2)Total compensation to include Competitive Base Salary plus a Bonus based on the 

profitability of the whole of AGS. Bonus targeted at 15 of base salary.
