任职要求： 1. Good understanding of electronic engineering essential. University / College engineering qualification an advantage.
2. Minimum 5 years sourcing experience in electronics related company, PCBA company is preferred;
3. Good level of computer literacy. Previous experience of using MRP systems an advantage.
4. Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications (ENGLISH version) for electronics components, plastics and metal parts, etc;
5. Know the price range and purchasing channel of those materials: wires, electronics components, PCBA etc. in East China;
6. The ability to negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers
6. Self-disciplined, trust worthy and proactive, good time management, cost awareness and effectiveness;
7. Good spoken and written English is highly preferred.

职位职责： 1. Identification of quality suppliers for a large range of electronic, components used in the manufacture of electronic lighting equipment.
2. Co-ordinate the approval of all sourced parts with the Qulity Team;
2. Develop good and practical material sourcing strategies to meet company business development needs, to meet material requirements on good quality and OTD with reasonable cost;
3. Build, maintain and update supplier database by collecting information from various sources;
4. Conduct supplier assessments and evaluations. Develop, coordinate, and report supplier performance rating system such as supplier scorecard, performance metrics, etc., in order to drive for continuous supplier improvement on quality/ price/ OTD/ service;
5. Other jobs and responsibilities assigned by manager.
