岗位职责：: Project purchasing engineer requirement:
1, Bachelor degree, preferred in Mechanic and Chemical engineering.
本科学历，机械和化学工程专业优先。
2, At least three years working experience in project purchasing.
最少有三年的项目采购经验。
3,Be able to work under high pressure and frequently travel.
能够承受较大的工作压力,能够适应频繁出差。
4,Team work spirit.
具备团队合作精神。
5,Good command of both oral and written English
具备良好的英语口语和书写能力。
6,Good computer skill in office software, familiar with ERP.
拥有良好的办公软件应用能力，熟悉ERP系统。

Main responsibility:
主要职责
1, Focus on project purchasing , such as civil construction, equipment, utility, engineering and so on.
主要负责对项目采购的支持，比如土木建筑，设备，公用设施，工程等等。
2, Be responsible for supplier selection and development.
负责供应商的选择和发展。
3, In charge of negotiation, sign contract, payment execution, follow up milestone in the contract.
负责商务谈判，签订合同，执行付款，追踪进程。
4,Work together with project team, involve supplier management during construction period.
和项目团队紧密合作，在项目实施期间一起进行供应商管理。
