职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1. Lead all quotations and bidding in the Suzhou supply base in specific commodity segment(s).
2. Assist quality in implementation of supplier quality management strategies.
3. Maintain an active database and knowledge base of available suppliers with experience, capability and capacity in specific commodity segments(s).
4. Resolve problems to improve supplier process capability.
5. Assist in cost reduction and product enhancements of sourced products.
6. Train and audit to QS-9000 quality system requirements when necessary.
7. Coordinate supplier corrective actions.
8. Monitor measures of supplier performance
9. Provide quality systems and manufacturing quality support as required.
