Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for daily management of the Finance Department; 2. Responsible for financial management reporting; 3. Communication with German headquarters and other departments; 4. Create, maintain, and control of finance and accounting procedures and systems; 5. Assure compliance to relevant laws and regulations; 6. Prepare financial analysis, prepare all required finance reports; 7. Preparation of annual finance budget and assist in control; 8. Prepare and handle tax issues; 9. Others finance and accounting related tasks.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance Management; 2. At least 10 years experience in Accounting with minimum 5 years in a manager position; preferably at foreign invested manufacturing enterprise; 3. Familiar with ERP system, Sunsystems preferred; 4. Fluency in spoken and written English; 5. Extensive knowledge of PRC accounting, taxation, and foreign exchange regulations; 6. CPA preferred.
