岗位职责：: Important competences主要能力：
1. Good communication and negotiate skill/良好的沟通与谈判技巧
2. Warehouse and spare part management/仓库备品备件的管理
3. Documentation of all movements/各项文件的管理
4. Reporting to plant manager/向工厂经理汇报工作
5. Experienced with technical parts and leading a team of 5 workers
有接机械设备管理方面的经验，领导过5人的工作团队
6. Independent working/能独立完成工作
7. Fork lifter license/有叉车证
8. Familiar with physical goods inspection flow/熟悉物品盘点流程
9. Familiar with financial control flow in warehouse/熟悉财务在仓库方面的控制流程

Scope of duties职责范围：
1. Purchase technical spare parts for production, chemical & package materials for company global group
采购生产部备品备件，化学品，包装材料以及公司的国外采购
2. Cost collection and negotiation with materials and parts suppliers; allocating new item to vendor
与原材料和备品备件的供应商询价商议
3. Team supervisor for 5 logistic worker /任有5位工人团队的主管的经验
4. Above 5 years experience of warehouse management/5 年以上的主管仓库经验
5. Logistics of following items:以下对仓库物流工作的管理和监督
Chemical materials/化学品原材料
Slurry/砂浆
Spare parts/备品备件
Packing materials/包装材料
SIC and PEG/碳化硅和聚乙二醇
Commodities/日用品
Waste materials/废渣、废水的处理
6. Documentation of all movements/所有相关文件的编制和管理
7. Shipments and delivery handling/发货和收货的管理
8. Check Materials and products packing management/原材料的检查和成品的包装管理
9. Daily cleaning of all equipment and working area/日常设备工作区域的清理卫生工作的管理
10. Avoid any contamination of environment/避免任何环境污染
11. Avoid any lost of product/避免损耗任何产成品
12. Avoid any harm for operator/避免操作人员受到任何伤害
14. Safety Management(including driving and maintain folk lifter)/安全管理（包括叉车的安全使用和维护保养）
15. Do monthly physical goods inspection in whole warehouse每月仓库所有物品的盘点
16. Monthly employee performance review 每月对员工的业绩进行考核
17. Support any documents requirement from finance department for warehouse
