岗位职责：: 职位描述
1.Warehouse staff management:
-Arrange and supervise staff daily work
-Train staff to meet job requirements
-Enhance team-work spirit in warehouse.
2.Warehouse process management:
-Maintain/update/optimize operation procedures,policies,and documentation for warehouse activities
-Supervise daily goods receiving, issuing and storage
-Supervise daily SAP operation
-Supply workshop to guarantee smooth and continuous production
-Participate into warehouse layout design
-Supervise material management in workshop
-Support the implementation of Lean project.
3.Control stock accuracy:
-Organize cycle counting in warehouse, make difference reason analysis,variance adjustment,ensure cycle counting efficiency and accuracy
-Annual counting coordinator for warehouse make difference reason analysis, variance adjustment, ensure counting efficiency and accuracy .
4.Report:
-Make monthly/weekly report on warehousing management KPI, i.e
-Wrong Delivery, Stocktaking accuracy.
5.Warehouse 5S management:
-5S implementation and improvement
-5S daily check.
6.Coordination within/cross different departments:
-Communicate with SCM team for material supply and production planning information;
-Coordinate with external relationship for abnormal issue solution.

任职要求
1.University or above；
2.3 years or above warehouse management experiences
3.good manufacturing & warehosue skill, good management skill
4.Good PC & English knowledge.
