岗位职责：: Job Goal:
Assist Trade Director to manage and develop the export business.

Job evaluation:
1.Two months of training period, to become familiar with products, to master the basic knowledge of products.The conduct of examinations at any time during the training period, the failure to automatically eliminated.
2.The wages of the training period is only RMB 1500.00.The basic salary during the formal induction period is RMB3000.00 + 3% business commission.
3.Four-month evaluation period. During this period must complete a separate order, the new case of customers, the failure who have no one new customer will be automatically eliminated.

Job Description:
1.Independently responsible for business development in one market, fully operate： Develop sales plans, produce publicity photos, plan the market and other links.
2.Abreast of the latest market trends, according adjust the sales targets reasonably, complete the sales plan on time.
3.Reasonable arrangements for customers meeting and efficiently carry out business operations and order processing to ensure the delivery in accordance with customer requirements
4.Complete all shipping documents, including commercial invoice, packing list etc.
5.Track the purchase order and delivery schedules. Communicate with the factory on the production schedule on regular basis.
6.Conduct commodity price research.
7.Manage the logistics and freight forwarding company.
8.Control the product's quality, deal with related issues in time.
9.Follow the entire export process and interact with both inside and outside organizations.
10.Guidance and training of team work and reach performance targets.
11.Timely notification to customers of new products and price changes;Promptly report to the supervisor own work.

Requirment:
1.willing to challenge themselves and to challenge high-paying persons; willing to break the stable, to break the fixed-income,need for a platform to demonstrate their capabilities; willing to start from scratch, full of energy and full of passion,and create a bright future.
2.Full-time undergraduate or higher degree, international trade or machinery professional, fluent in English, excellent writing,hearing and spoken ability.
3. Must have 3+ year experience in export / trading.
4. There are auto parts, tools or cutting tools products work experience, familiar with the machining.Engineering or manufacturing background preferred.
5. Foreign trade and business knowledgeable, sophisticated and international trade flow, can operate independently of foreign trade export orders.
6. Has a strong business sense and negotiating skills,strong ability in marketing development, can independently negotiate with customer and reception.
7. Can predict, determine and coordinate dealing with every problem, contradictions, or accident, effective trade risk, and actively respond to forecast.
