岗位职责：: 此职位工作地点在浙江省宁波市
Main duties and responsibilities主要职责:
Continually work with suppliers to improve performance, implement process control and quality plans
Interact routinely with Purchasing, Engineering and Suppliers to pro actively improve quality of components.
Analyze supplier capabilities. Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics.
Perform supplier Quality Systems audits and provide support for supplier Quality Systems improvements
Contribute to supplier assessment in order to keep the accurate supplier panel.
Develop new work processes, new tools and functional capabilities. Maintain and improve existing quality systems processes.
May be required to provide some technical training to other employees.
A key responsibility of this position is to ensure that the incumbent's area of responsibility is in compliance with the ISO referential and Quality tools (FMEA, Pareto, FVEI audit…).
Others:
Able to travel alone and stay in supplier factory, good communication is required, good understanding of problem approach and resolution method, understanding of production process and team spirit.
Qualifications requirements任职资格：
Relevant experience:
5 years quality dept. in a High Volume Production. Supplier Quality dept. is preferred. Automotive experience is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical or related field.
