岗位职责：: Position Overview岗位职责:
1. Be responsible for MV VCB market development and achieve business budget in China负责中国中压真空断路器产品的市场开拓以及业务指标的兑现。
2. Hold technical seminar with Design Institute, Distributor, Panel builder and End User为设计院、代理商、盘厂以及最终用户举办产品推广研讨会
3. Spec-in towards end user or design institute. Promote VCB and brand reputation and image对电力以及工业设计院进行系统地上图、真空断路器产品市场宣传工作，提升产品与品牌的知名度
4. Deploy and implement market and channel strategy in the dedicated region or industry. Coordinate and provide the field sales with both commercial and technical support 部署并实施所辖区域或者行业的分销商、盘厂的策略，包括区域与行业的代理商授权策略，做好与各销售办事处的密切协调工作
5. Identify, sign off and develop new channel, panel builder, OEM partner with strong technical and commercial support寻求、发展与培养新的分销商、盘厂合作伙伴，为合作伙伴的发展提供商务与技术支持
6. Work closely with sales team to set up channel network与各销售办事处共同建立合理的分销商、盘厂的渠道。
7. Collect and make report for his region or industry regarding market size, technical demand and competitors’ intelligence. 收集并报告所分管区域/行业内的市场信息，包括但不限于分销商、盘厂市场信息（市场容量、价格、技术需求……）
8. Provide necessary technical and commercial support to sales team and set up cooperation scheme with partners在分销商、盘厂合作伙伴开发环节，根据需要，向各区域销售人员提供必要的技术和商务支持，参与制定并实施盘厂合作方案。
9. Assistant relevant departments to collect receivable payment from partners协助相关部门向所开发的客户、合作伙伴的进行货款回收工作。

Requirement要求：
1. Bachelor in engineering or above. Prefer electric engineering or automation 工程专业本科或以上学历，电气工程或电气自动化专业优先
2. At least 5 years in power industry or C&I segment. Be familiar with Power industry and MV distribution industry具备5年以上电力市场或相关产品的经验。
3. Self driven and strong business development desire and skills极强的自我驱动与独立的市场开拓能力
4. Customer orientated and good communication skills具备较强的客户意识，优秀的沟通技巧
5. Relevant products or sales experience will be a plus有相类似产品销售经验优先
