岗位职责：: JOB DESCRIPTION:
1、Supervise cable assembly production process; coordinate testing of existing products to determine cable assembly properties such as impedance, propagation delay, insertion loss, VSWR, attenuation, etc.
2、Be able to define the quality requirement in accordance with different scenario such as new product qualification or reliability testing etc
3、Instruct and advise inspectors in the proper operation and potential applications of test equipment.
4、Communicate test results effectively and facilitate decision making or problem resolution processes with applicable departments
5、Organize and participate in routine MRB meeting, analyze the root cause and timely resolve quality issues
6、Assure product compliance with UL/ROHS/Reach standards and procedures
7、Incorporate quality tools such as 8D,FMEA and SPC etc

QUALIFICATIONS:
1、BS degree or equivalent with more than 3 years MNC experience, engineering, mechanical or communication major is preferred
2、Knowledge on RF coaxial cable and cable assembly technology
3、Strong experience with root cause analysis and problem solving methods
4、Good English with written and verbal skills
5、Ability to work independently as well as of a team
6、Incumbent must be a self-starter with enthusiastic attitude
