职位信息

岗位职责：: Education:
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in related field.
Experience & Skills:
1.Minimum of five years automotive experience in product design, manufacturing, and quality with a strong understanding of automotive components required to support EDS.
2.Two to three years experience with injection molded and/or stamped component design, including the application of GD&T and tolerance stack up calculations.
3.Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
4.Demonstrate ability to manage multiple assignments with high quality and on-time completion.
5.Working knowledge of design and engineering disciplines (i.e. 8D, DFMEA, DVP&R) as required by Component Engineering.
Special know-how:
1.TS16949/ VDA6.3 procedures and standards (Working Level).
2.Program and time management (Working Level).
3.Microsoft Office software (Working Level).
4.Engineering Standards (Working Level).
5.Change Engine knowledge (Working Level).
6.Pro-E, CAD (Expert Level).
7.GD&T (Expert Level).
8.Managing customers (Working Level).
9.Facilitate effective meetings (Working Level).
10.DVP&R / DFMEA methodology (Working Level).
Language skills:
1.Good written and oral English.

职位职责：Main tasks:
1.Execute the Component Engineering deliverables (i.e. concepts, CAD models, drawings, engineering analysis, engineering documents,…) that you are responsible for and ensure:
1.) the quality of all deliverables prior to their release;
2.) that assignments are completed on time;
3.) that assignments are completed at or below budget / engineering cost targets;
4.) that deliverables meet or exceed customer (internal and external) performance expectations.
2.Create issues and PDPW\s as a means to communicate work assignments and document issue resolution and closure in the Change Engine databases (where applicable).
3.Coordinate and/or support all necessary internal (i.e., technical reviews, CFT,…), customer (i.e., packaging, DFMEA, DVP&R, quality, change control, PMT, builds, teardowns,…) and supplier meetings.
4.Obtain necessary customer part numbers and engineering change notices from Program Management.In addition, obtain the necessary customer approvals on the various engineering documents (i.e., drawings, DVP&R,…).
5.Provide CAD and Engineering support to fellow associates when required to meet critical deadlines.
6.Abide by all Alcoa policies regarding EEO, Safety, and Quality.
Other tasks:
1.Develop/maintain component technology information in ERP and other database.
2.Co-operate with customers.
3.Support Wiring harness engineering activities.
