岗位职责：: Education:
Junior college and above.
Work experience:
Over 5 years experience in the field of quality management, in automobile wiring harness industry.
Special know how:
Know about knowledge of quality management, and be familiar with quality tools.
Be familiar with TS16949 and standard of automobile wiring harness.
Be familiar with the procedure of APQP and PPAP.
Reading of the technical drawings and engineering change notice.
Be able to use measuing instrucment and have the ability of test.
Good knowledge of the quality methods (5 W Analysis, 8 D report, FMEA) and statistics (Pareto, capability study).
Good planing and organzing skills.
Good planning and coordination.
Good computer, internet and software ability, such as microsoft, word, excel, powerpoint.
Language skills:
Good English.
职位职责：Responsible for quality control on site and estabilishment of quality documents, collect and anylize quality data.
Manage check and release of engineering change, including product drawing, work instrcutions, equipment and tool, production line, employee traing, etc.
Responsible for the approval of the first sample and edit necessary reports.
Establish plan of product audit, conduct product and organize corrective actions.
Corporate with project quality engineer to slove external quality issues.
Other tasks from manager.
