产品开发工程师

岗位职责：: 1. 负责评估新产品的可制造性及开发可行性；
2. 负责设计输入的整理，及建立设计故障模式及效果分析和相关2D/3D图纸，并完成设计评审；
3. 负责Cost BOM的建立和更新，以及BOM基本资料的审核；
4. 负责新零件评估及FAI的审查；
5. 负责新产品开模的评估及验证等工作，追踪进度和FAI的批准；
6. 制定设计验证计划，实施样品制作及测试工作，完成测试报告；
7. 负责产品设计审查，及协助产品不良分析。

1. In charge of new product manufacturability and design feasibility assessment;
2. In charge of design input arrangement, build up DFMEA, 2D and 3D drawing, and complete design review;p
3. In charge of Cost BOM building-up and update, and check the basic data of BOM;
4. In charge of new part assessment and FAI investigation;
5. In charge of new product mould unloading assessment and verification, and trace progress to complete FAI investigation;
6. Make design verification plan, and implement sample making and test with a completed report;
7. In charge of product design inspection, and assist product defect analysis.

任职要求：: 1. 大专以上学历，机械设计与制造，模具开发等相关专业；
2. 3年以上连接器、电线电缆工程经验；
3. 熟悉CAD及3D绘图等软件，可单独完成相关设计；
4. 工作仔细，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力；
5. 英语良好，能读懂英文图档，并可用英语完成工作交流。

Job Requirement:
1. College degree of above, with the major in Machinery Design and Manufacture, or Mould Development related;
2. More than 3 years experiences working in cable or connector section;
3. Familiar with CAD and 3D drawing software, and capable to complete design alone;
4. Work smart with strong sense of responsibility and good communication skill;
5. Good in English, with the capability to read English files and talk during work.
